BlokWiki ("the Site"), operated by the BlokWiki team, is a blockchain and cryptocurrency information platform for a global audience. Please read these Terms carefully; by browsing or using the Site you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
1. Definitions
"Site" means BlokWiki and its associated domains and pages; "Content" means all information published on the Site including text, images, data, scores and charts; "we" means the operator of the Site.
2. Eligibility

Bulk collection or mirroring requires prior written permission. We may restrict access for violations and reserve the right to pursue available legal remedies.
5. Intellectual property
Content on the Site (text, images, design, data compilations) is owned by the Site or its licensors. Personal, non-commercial reuse with attribution is allowed; bulk scraping, mirroring or commercial use requires permission.
6. Brand usage
The BlokWiki name, logo or page content may not be used in ways that imply partnership, endorsement or approval without our written permission.
7. Third-party links and commissions
The Site contains links to third-party exchanges and services, some of which are affiliate/referral links that may earn us a commission. Commissions never affect ratings or scores. You are responsible for your use of third-party sites, whose terms and privacy policies apply to their own websites.
8. Electronic communications
You consent to receive notices and updates electronically through page announcements and on-site notices. Such electronic delivery has the same effect as written delivery.
9. Unsolicited ideas

The Terms are available in multiple languages including English; in case of any discrepancy between versions, the English version prevails. Matters not covered here are governed by other policies published on the Site.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect, and the provision shall be adjusted to the extent permitted by law to reflect its original intent.
18. Assignment

19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of registration. Disputes will first be resolved amicably, failing which by the competent authority at the operator's location.
