Verse8 completes US$5 million seed financing round StoryFoundation and others participate in investment

AI game creation platform Verse8 completed a US$5 million seed round of financing, with participation from StoryFoundation, NEXPACE (Nexon's Web3 division), Neowiz, MARBLEX (Netmarble's Web3 division), SolariumLabs and NEXUS. The new funding will be used to advance Verse8's core AI systems, expand creator occupancy and incentive programs, and expand its publishing and distribution infrastructure. Verse8, co-founded by JCKim and Kevin Lee, allows creators to use natural language prompts to generate fully playable multiplayer games in minutes, without the need to write code, install engines or build a large production team.
