According to BitcoinLaws 'disclosure on platform X, the Bitcoin Reserve Act HB1695 of the U.S. House of Representatives of Tennessee was "placed behind the budget," which means that the bill was "soft shelved" due to its late schedule in the legislative agenda. The bill's companion Senate bill (2639) is still in progress.
