Interactive Brokers launches cryptocurrency portfolio transfer function

On March 26, Interactive Brokers (NASDAQ: IBKR), a global automated broker, announced that customers can transfer their already supported cryptocurrency assets to their cryptocurrency accounts tied to Interactive Brokers. This allows customers to trade cryptocurrencies at a lower cost without having to sell digital assets first, while also accessing the global investment market. Interactive Brokers provides comprehensive solutions that integrate digital assets and traditional investment categories into a single platform, providing customers with competitive cryptocurrency quotes and richer investment opportunities. Interactive Brokers customers can now transfer supported digital assets directly from external wallets or platforms to bound cryptocurrency accounts without having to first liquidate positions. Customers can manage digital assets, as well as other investment products such as stocks, options, futures, foreign exchange, and bonds under the same system.
