Blockchain company StartaleGroup completes $63 million in Series A financing
On March 26, Startale Group, headquartered in Singapore and focused on Japan, announced the completion of a US$63 million Series A financing. This round consists of an additional US$50 million from SBI Group and US$13 million led by Sony Innovation Fund in January. The company focuses on blockchain financial infrastructure, with products covering security-based tokens and RWA chain Strium, Japanese yen and U.S. dollar stablecoins, as well as Startale, a consumer application based on Sony's L2 network Soneium. The funds will be used to expand Strium's business, promote stablecoin applications, and build Startale into a "super application" in asset management and payments.
