Binance releases market-maker guidelines to warn project parties and users to guard against market manipulation risks
According to Binance's official blog, Binance has released a red flag guide for market makers in the crypto market, reminding users and project parties to be wary of the following risky behaviors: aggressive selling that conflict with the token release plan, one-way selling orders, cross-platform coordinated selling, high transaction volume mismatch with price trends, and abnormal price fluctuations caused by insufficient liquidity.<br />
Binance recommends that project parties conduct strict due diligence when selecting market makers, clarify contract terms, prohibit profit-sharing models, and continue to monitor market maker activities after listing. Binance said it would take punitive measures such as blackmailing illegal market makers and open reporting channels.
