London-based compliance technology company Eunice receives $8 million in financing to boost AI infrastructure

London-based compliance technology company Eunice has completed a total of US$8 million in seed and Pre-Seed rounds from investors including Moonfire Ventures, Speedinvest and OpenspaceVentures, as well as multiple angel investors in the financial and crypto industries. Eunice uses AIagent to provide traceable and auditable due diligence and disclosure infrastructure for alternative assets such as digital assets and private equity, helping organizations generate structured, asset-level risk control and compliance reports. Initially serving digital asset exchanges and custodians (such as Coinbase, Crypto.com, Copper, ZodiaCustody) and participating in the UK FCA regulatory sandbox, the company is expanding into broader private equity markets such as pensions, endowments and funds within funds.
