Resolv offers a settlement to attackers to return 90% of stolen funds, retain 10% for 72 hours
ResolvLabs disclosed on the X platform that the Resolv team had sent an on-chain message to the attacker's address, offering to return 90% of the stolen funds (approximately US$25 million in ETH) and retain the remaining 10% as a settlement incentive for a deadline of 72 hours. If the attacker fails to respond within the specified time, Resolv will coordinate with centralized exchanges, cross-chain bridges and infrastructure providers to freeze assets, disclose relevant addresses and transaction traces, cooperate with blockchain analysis companies and law enforcement agencies, and take Escalating measures such as legal action. Previously, ResolvLabs issued an update on security incidents, saying that a malicious attacker illegally accessed Resolv infrastructure through stolen private keys and minted approximately US$80 million in unsecured USRs. Currently, 9 million illegally minted USRs have been destroyed.
