Solana treasury firm ArteloBiosciences completes $11 million in private equity financing

ArteloBiosciences, a Nasdaq-listed Solana treasury company, announced that it will sell a total of 3,188,407 common shares through private placement at US$3.45 per share, raising a total of US$11 million. The new funds will be used for general corporate purposes and repay some transitional debts. According to the latest data from StrategicSolanaReserve, Artelo currently holds 45,883 SOLs.
