Tokenized asset platform Midas completes US$50 million Series A financing led by RRE and Creandi

Tokenized asset platform Midas announced the completion of a US$50 million Series A financing round, led by RRE and Credum, with FrameworkVentures, Franklin Templeton and CoinbaseVentures participating in the financing. Midas focuses on transforming institutional revenue strategies into on-chain token products. This round of financing will be used to expand its MidasStaked Liquidity (MSL) system-an independent liquidity layer that meets user withdrawal needs by pre-allocating funds, without the need to gradually close positions when investors exit, thereby realizing instant redemption, solving the problem of locking funds in existing vaults and excessively long redemption cycles. Co-founder and CEO Dennis Dinkelmeyer said the financing will be used to expand related infrastructure to achieve instant redemption, deeper liquidity and broader strategic access without sacrificing transparency and revenue. It is reported that since its establishment in 2024, Midas has issued a total of US$1.7 billion in tokenized assets and distributed US$37 million in proceeds to investors.
