The US CFTC report shows that long positions in S & P 500 futures increased to 1011108 lots

Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) data showed that in the week ended April 14, equity fund managers increased net long positions in CME S & P 500 index futures by 71,259 lots to 1,011,108 lots. Meanwhile, stock speculators increased their net short positions by 186,638 lots to 414,897 lots.
