Arbitrum Security Committee freezes 30766 ETH from KelpDAO hackers

The Arbitrum Security Committee announced that emergency action has been taken to free 30,766 ETH pieces stored at the Arbitrum One address linked to the KelpDAO vulnerability. The Security Board, with assistance from law enforcement, identified the attacker and always ensured that no Arbitrum users or applications were affected while maintaining the security and integrity of the Arbitrum community.<br /> After extensive technical investigation and review, the safety committee identified and implemented a technical plan to move funds to a safe location without affecting any other chain status or Arbitrum users. As of 11:26 pm EST on April 20, funds have been successfully transferred to an intermediate frozen wallet. The funds are no longer accessible to the addresses where they were originally held, and only the Arbitrum management agency can take further action to transfer these funds, which will be coordinated with relevant parties.
