Coinbase Quantum Advisory Board: Algorand and Aptos lead the way in responding to quantum threats

On April 22, Coinbase's Quantum Advisory Board noted that Algorand and Aptos are at the forefront of preparations to deal with quantum threats. They warned that some proof-of-stake (PoS) blockchains are still more fragile than other blockchains.
