Huang Renxun's internal letter: OpenAICodex has opened to all NVIDIA employees. The era of AIAgent has officially arrived

On April 25, Huang Renxun revealed in an internal email sent to all employees that OpenAI's latest Codex (based on GPT-5.5) has been officially open to all NVIDIA employees. Huang Renxun said that about 10,000 employees have experienced Codex in advance and have achieved remarkable results in multiple departments such as engineering, products, and marketing. Some employees say it has "completely changed the way it works." The email pointed out that Codex runs on top of the NVIDIA Blackwell architecture and combines AI infrastructure to achieve the transition from "chat robots answering questions" to "agents completing work independently." Huang Renxun emphasized that Agents will become employees '"teammates" and "productivity multiplier." In addition, NVIDIA and OpenAI have established CodexLab and plan to launch training courses in the next few weeks to accelerate the implementation of employee applications.
