On April 27, KesslerTopaz Meltzer CheckLLP (www.ktmc.com), a well-known securities litigation law firm in the United States, notified investors that a securities fraud class action lawsuit had been filed against GeminiSpaceStation Inc. (Gemini)(NASDAQ: GEMI) filed on behalf of the following investor groups: 1) investors who purchased or obtained Gemini-Class A common shares based on or traceable to the registration statement and prospectus issued by the company's IPO around September 12, 2025; and 2) investors who purchased or obtained Gemini securities during the period from September 12, 2025 to February 17, 2026 (both days inclusive). The lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, named Methvin v. Gemini SpaceStation,Inc., et al, Case No. 1:26-cv-02261 (S.D.N.Y.). Investors must apply to become lead plaintiff before May 15, 2026.
