Ethereum Foundation: Basically completing the key goal of GlamAmsterdam upgrade, reaching consensus on the lower limit of the 200 million GasLimit

The Ethereum Foundation issued a document summarizing SoldøgnInterop's work. It has basically completed the key goals of the Glamestead upgrade, including reaching a consensus on the lower limit of the 200 million GasLimit after the upgrade, achieving stable operation of the ePBS external Builder process, and finalizing the EIP-8037Gas repricing parameters. The focus of the Glamestead upgrade is to safely increase GasLimit to expand Ethereum's throughput capacity, while EIP-8037 will prevent high GasLimit from causing infinite state expansion by increasing the cost of state creation. The Ethereum Foundation also stated that most clients have completed stable operation on glamsterdam-devnet-2 and successfully tested the entire external Builder process. In addition, substantial progress has also been made in FOCIL, native account abstraction and Hegotá upgrade related functions. Core developers will continue to promote client reinforcement, test improvement and code consolidation in the coming weeks, and the final parameters will still be publicly confirmed at the AllCoreDevs conference.
