On May 10, according to South Korean media reports, as South Korea began to separately list the proceeds from the sale of virtual assets in its housing financing plan this year, the flow of cryptocurrency investment income into the real estate market has been partially confirmed. Data from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of South Korea shows that from February 10 to March 31 this year, a total of 324 home buyers declared the use of encrypted assets to sell funds in their residential purchase fund-raising plans. Among them, 229 people were in their 30s (30-39 years old), accounting for 70.7%. In terms of amount, the amount of money sold from encrypted assets in their 30s declared for purchase reached 10.31 billion won (about 7.4 million US dollars), the highest among all age groups. However, the proportion of crypto-asset sales in its home-purchase funds is only 0.1%, and its scale is still relatively limited.
