CoreScientific received JPMorgan Chase's total credit line increased to US$1 billion

Bitcoin mining company CoreScientific announced that it has received a US$500 million credit line from JP Morgan Chase, which is combined with the US$500 million previously promised by Morgan Stanley. The total financing scale reaches US$1 billion, and the loan interest rate is SOFR+250 basis points. The company plans to use the funds to acquire real estate and purchase equipment, accelerate the transformation of existing mines into data centers that support AI high-density computing, and plans to sell most of its Bitcoin reserves in 2026 to promote strategic transformation.
