The United States has approved the sale of NvidiaH200 chips to 10 China companies
According to Reuters, the United States has approved the sale of NvidiaH200 AI chips to about 10 China companies including Alibaba, Tencent and ByteDance, but no chips have yet been delivered, and related transactions have stalled.<br />
The report pointed out that NvidiaCEO JensenHuang joined the delegation during US President Trump's visit to China, trying to promote the sales of H200 chips in China. The U.S. Department of Commerce has also approved some distributors such as Lenovo and Foxconn to directly purchase and resell chips. However, due to strict security, use, revenue sharing and legal restrictions imposed by the United States on H200 exports, which conflicts with China's supply chain security policies, order approval has become stricter.
