Hyperliquid has discussed the CLARITYAct with policymakers and explored entering the U.S. market

Hyperliquid Joint Venture Jeff.hl said on Platform X that during the promotion of the CLARITYAct, he had met with a number of U.S. policymakers in Washington through the Hyperliquid Policy Center to discuss the regulatory path for the United States to introduce the chain derivatives market. Part of the dialogue focused on the technical level, including how on-chain transactions can become a financial innovation with clear global user needs. Other conversations focus more on introducing the future prospects of DeFi and the chain market based on fundamentals. Jeff hl said he will continue to advance relevant work in Washington and work hard to promote the popularization of Hyperliquid in the United States.
