The Federal Reserve may have difficulty cutting interest rates during the year, inflationary pressures continue to heat up
The China International Capital Research Report pointed out that many recent U.S. inflation data exceeded expectations, the job market stabilized, bonds sold off, and market concerns about inflation intensified. U.S. PCE inflation is expected to remain above 3.5% throughout the year, and core PCE inflation will be above 3%, both significantly higher than the Federal Reserve's policy target of 2%. In this context, the Federal Reserve's policy stance will be more cautious, and it may be difficult to cut interest rates further during the year.
