On March 23, Strategy announced the launch of a new US$21 billion STRC equity issuance plan and a new US$21 billion MSTR equity issuance plan. Note: The equity issuance plan here is the Market-to-Market Issue (ATMProgram), which is an incremental financing tool commonly used by listed companies. It can flexibly issue shares to raise funds based on market prices.
