H100 plans to acquire Moonshot and other assets with 2450 BTC, which will increase its holdings to 3,500

H100Group has signed a letter of intent to acquire Moonshot and NeverSayDie for 2450 BTC. After the transaction is completed, H100 Bitcoin holdings are expected to increase to approximately 3500, making it the largest listed Bitcoin treasury company in Europe.
