Visualize Technology: The subsidiary plans to invest 1 billion yuan to build a headquarters base for the transformation of AI scientific and technological achievements to provide dedicated TOKEN and other services to customers in different fields

On May 22, Visualize Technology announced that Yunwang Intelligent Computing (Xinjiang) Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, plans to invest and build the Balikun AI Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation Headquarters Base project in Barkol Kazakh Autonomous County, Hami City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The total planned investment is approximately RMB 1 billion (the final total project investment is subject to the actual investment). This transaction does not constitute a major asset reorganization as stipulated in the Measures for the Management of Material Asset Reorganizations of Listed Companies, nor does it constitute a reorganization and listing, and does not require approval from relevant departments. The project plans to build an AI enabling center, and based on the AI technology already mastered by the company, combined with the needs of mining, animal husbandry, agriculture and other fields, carry out the application of artificial intelligence technology in vertical industries. After the project is completed, it can provide customers in different fields with dedicated TOKEN services, technical verification services and products related to non-metallic minerals and metallic minerals, and intelligent unmanned equipment products.
