Katana blockchain acquires IDEX to launch perpetual contract platform KatanaPerps

According to TheBlock, Katana, the DeFi Ethereum expansion chain incubated by Polygon, announced the acquisition of IDEX, a decentralized exchange established in 2017, with an undisclosed transaction amount. IDEX will serve as the underlying infrastructure for the newly launched perpetual contract platform KatanaPerps, which integrates spot liquidity, routing and derivatives trading into a single on-chain environment, supported by market makers GSR, SeliniCapital and Auros.
