Musalem: Hope to remove the "lenient tendency" language from the policy statement

Federal Reserve Musalem said on Thursday that last month he joined several Fed policymakers in believing that the "easing tendency" language should be removed from the post-meeting statement to create the possibility of raising interest rates. He supported the interest rate decision and believed that the easing trend was no longer in line with the economic outlook and risk balance.
