Ripple plans to lead the launch of a $1 billion XRP treasury plan

According to market news, Ripple is pushing to raise at least US$1 billion through SPAC to build a listed treasury company focused on XRP. If the transaction is completed, it will become the largest XRP treasury carrier currently.
