AI startup Interloom raises $16.5 million in funding led by DNCapital

AI startup Interloom announced that it has completed a new round of US$165 million in funding, led by DNCapital and participated by BekVentures and existing investor AirStreetCapital, with an undisclosed valuation. Interloom analyzes massive operating records (supporting emails, service orders, call records, etc.) to build a "ContextGraph" to systematize unwritten empirical knowledge within the enterprise, thereby providing AI agents with organization-specific decision-making context. Currently, the company has been implemented in large European companies such as Commerzbank, Volkswagen and Zurich Insurance. Among them, in the deployment of Commerzbank, the gap between documented knowledge and actual operational knowledge has been reduced from approximately 50% to 5%.
