OKX rebase SPACEX pre-market contracts and rename them to SPCX

On June 2, according to an official announcement, OKX had rebase the SPACEXUSDT pre-market contract at 15:10 (UTC8) on June 2, and simultaneously renamed the contract to SPCXUSDT. The adjustment aims to align contract parameters from estimated equity to the actual equity disclosed by SpaceX in the S-1 filing, with an adjustment ratio of 12.52 times. It is reported that this time Rebase will make proportional adjustments to user positions and pending orders, and the value of positions and account rights will remain unchanged in principle. During the adjustment period, the ordering, order change and order cancellation services will be suspended for about 5 minutes, and some order types will be cancelled and need to be reset. In addition, after the contract is renamed, the relevant API identifiers will also be updated simultaneously.
