Strategy proposes changing the frequency of STRC dividends from monthly to semi-monthly

According to official sources, Strategy proposes to adjust the frequency of dividends paid by STRC from monthly to semi-monthly. The company said that if the amendment is approved and implemented, it may reduce the reinvestment lag and improve liquidity, market efficiency and price stability.<br /> This amendment requires approval from both MSTR and STRC shareholders before it can be passed. Strategy said shareholders can vote through brokerage accounts or contact its solicitation agency Alliance Advisors for relevant matters.
