Bittensor Joint Venture: Bitcoin network computing power has exceeded 600,000 times that of the world's top 100 supercomputers
At a summit in Paris on June 3, Bittensor co-founder AlaShaabana said decentralized networks are replacing traditional enterprise data centers as the new infrastructure for global computing power. Shaabana pointed out that the hash power of the Bitcoin network has exceeded the power of the world's top 100 supercomputers by more than 600,000 times, which fully reflects the huge scale of the distributed computing network. He believes that by using subnets based on incentive mechanisms to reward specific tasks, open networks can mobilize global hardware resources and collective intelligence more efficiently than centralized technology giants to support the development of artificial intelligence. Shaabana further argued that compared with the data center model that relies on a few large technology companies to operate, this decentralized, incentive-driven network architecture has the potential to become an important way to allocate AI computing resources in the future.
