AI infrastructure company Nscale has raised nearly US$4 billion in total and is valued at US$14.6 billion
AI infrastructure startup Nscale disclosed that it has completed a total of nearly US$4 billion in financing, with a valuation of US$14.6 billion after the latest round of US$2 billion in Series C financing. Nscale, formerly a spin-off business of cryptocurrency mining company ArkonEnergy, currently focuses on building and operating AI data centers and leasing computing power resources to companies. Its investors include technology companies such as Nvidia, Dell and Nokia. Since 2026, Nscale has also received a $1.4 billion GPU mortgage loan and a $790 million financing line to support its AI infrastructure expansion plan. Nscale has participated in the OpenAI "Stargate" infrastructure project and deployed AI computing facilities in the UK and Norway. However, as OpenAI adjusts relevant plans, some projects have been taken over by Microsoft and Google.
