The Hong Kong Monetary Authority establishes an expert group on tokenized bonds

The Hong Kong Monetary Authority announced today that it has established a tokenized bond expert group to bring together industry representatives with relevant experience and concern about the development of the tokenized bond market in Hong Kong to further promote the application and expansion potential of tokenized bonds in Hong Kong.<br /> The expert panel includes representatives from industry associations, financial institutions, legal advisory firms, and financial infrastructure and technology suppliers. Based on the progress made so far in the HKMA's work on various tokenized bonds, the expert group will jointly discuss policy measures, market practices and innovative solutions.
