The U.S. SEC is advancing the securities tokenization trading framework and coordinating regulatory policies with the CFTC

According to an official document from the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Jamie Selway, director of the Trading and Markets Department, said at the PiperSandler Global Exchanges and FinTech Conference that Chairman Paul Atkins has instructed the department to promote the construction of a securities tokenized listing and trading framework, with the guiding principle of "Promote innovation without creating regulatory arbitrage."
