Affected by the Federal Reserve's expected interest rate hikes, credit panic indicators in the U.S. market have deteriorated their most in two months
On June 6, a core measure of North American credit risk expectations recorded its largest deterioration in more than two months. Previously, U.S. job growth in May exceeded all economists 'forecasts, pushing up bond yields. The S & P Dow Jones Indices 'CDX investment-grade index, which rose as panic spread, rose 1.58 basis points to 52.479. On a Roll-adjusted basis, this was the largest one-day increase in basis points since March 27. A similar measure of junk bonds (high-yield bonds), which fell as expected risk increased, fell 0.32 points to 107.82, the largest one-day drop in points since May 15. As interest rate traders began to fully digest expectations of raising interest rates before the end of this year, credit panic in the market increased significantly.
