OP Chain AQAv2 proposal open validator vote Coinbase and Circle have completed contract deployment

On June 11, according to an official announcement from the Optimism Foundation, Coinbase and Circle had broadcast the addresses of their AQAv2 deployers. Verifiers can now vote to activate AQAv2. If the vote is approved, reserve gains will be accumulated every 30 days and automatically sent to the aid fund eight days after the end of each cycle.
