MANTRA acquired by strategic investor Inveniam is betting on integrating RWA with AI data
According to TheBlock, MANTRA, a public chain that focuses on tokenization of RWA assets, will be wholly acquired by its strategic investor, InveniamCapital Partners. The transaction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of this year. Inveniam invested US$20 million in MANTRA before its reorganization in 2025. MANTRA holds a VASP license issued by the Dubai Virtual Assets Authority (VARA) and can operate a digital asset exchange and provide brokerage, proprietary management and investment services. The Layer2 network NVNMChain, previously jointly built by the two parties, is positioned to register identities and limit permissions for autonomous AIagents in compliance scenarios, and record on-chain evidence that can be independently verified by regulators and counterparties.
