China's Ministry of Commerce adds 10 U.S. entities to the export control list

According to the People's Daily, the Ministry of Commerce of China issued an announcement today, in accordance with laws and regulations such as the Export Control Law and the Export Control Regulations of Dual-Use Items, in order to safeguard national security and interests and fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation, it has been decided to start June 22. Starting from June 22, 10 U.S. entities including Aveox, RedCat and USARARE Earth will be officially included in the export control list.<br /> The announcement clearly stipulates that export operators are prohibited from exporting dual-use items to the above-mentioned 10 entities, and organizations or individuals in any country or region are prohibited from transferring or providing dual-use items originating in China to the above-mentioned entities. Relevant export activities are required to be immediately stopped. In addition, if export is really necessary under special circumstances, the operator must apply to the Ministry of Commerce in accordance with the law.
