SK Hynix plans to issue new shares to list in the United States. ADR is expected to raise 10 trillion to 15 trillion won

According to the Korea Economic News, SK Hynix plans to issue new shares and list ADRs (American Depositary Receipts) in the United States, with an issuance scale of approximately 2.4% of the total share capital.<br /> The funds raised will be mainly used to expand high-bandwidth memory (HBM) production capabilities and promote the construction of user-friendly semiconductor clusters to consolidate its leading position in the global AI semiconductor market. SK Group President Cui Taiyuan has previously publicly stated at the NVIDIA GTC2026 Developers Conference that he is promoting the ADR listing plan.
