FundBank changes its name to IRACE Digital and acquires TenetBank

FundBank has changed its name to IRACE Digital and acquired TenetBank in the Cayman Islands. The transaction brings digital asset banking and fintechnology-oriented customers into IRACE's existing institutional banking business. Former ZodiaCustody CEO John Cronin has been named global CEO, and IRACE is expanding into custody, liquidity and transaction infrastructure.
