According to Interface News, on June 30, SK Hynix officially submitted an F-1 prospectus to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to launch its initial public offering (IPO) process in the United States.<br /> It is reported that SK Hynix plans to issue American Depositary Shares (ADS) and applies for listing on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the stock trading code "SKHY". The prospectus shows that the current specific issuance scale, issue price and the proportion of common shares corresponding to ADS have not been disclosed, and the relevant core terms will be determined based on the stock price of the Korean KOSPI market and the overall market environment. After the completion of this listing in the United States, SK Hynix will continue to maintain its listing status in the Korean market.
