Tokenized infrastructure company Securitize has been officially listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the trading code SECZ. The stock price once rose more than 16% on the first day of listing and is currently trading around US$12.74, with a market value of approximately US$1.886 billion.<br /> Previously, it was reported that Securitize's merger with SPAC with CantorEquity Partners II (CEPT) is expected to raise approximately US$400 million. Securitize claims that it has obtained regulatory licenses related to digital securities infrastructure in both the United States and the European Union, and manages more than US$4 billion in physical assets in the chain.
