AaveV4 has been deployed to the Avalanche Network Hub Spoke architecture for the first time in multi-chain deployment

AaveV4 has been deployed to the Avalanche network, which is the first multi-chain deployment of the AaveV4 Hub Spoke architecture. This deployment includes a core liquidity hub and three sub-markets: the main market supports lending of assets such as WAVAX, BTC.b, USDC, USDT, and WETH.e; AVAX-related markets focus on AVAX liquidity pledge strategies, and users can deposit sAVAX and lend WAVAX at a mortgage rate of 95%; the foreign exchange market supports mutual mortgage and lending between three stablecoins: EURC, USDC, and USDT. The core liquidity hub adopts a shared liquidity pool design, and all sub-markets share the same pool to avoid liquidity fragmentation. Aave said that since its deployment in Avalanche in 2021, the historical cumulative inflow of V2 and V3 has exceeded US$15 billion, and the current utilization rate of stablecoin in the V3 market exceeds 90%.
