China's digital industry revenue in 2025 will be 39.6 trillion yuan

On July 25, the latest "National Informatization Development Report (2025)" released by the State Internet Information Office showed that in 2025, the added value of my country's core digital economy industries accounted for more than 10.5% of GDP, and the digital industry revenue was 39.6 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.8%. The scale of digital consumption by residents in my country reached 25.3 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.7%. At the same time, my country's network infrastructure has been upgraded. As of the end of 2025, the total number of 5G base stations in my country has reached 4.838 million, and two-thirds of prefecture-level cities have reached the gigabit city standard. The number of IPv6 active users reached 869 million.
