Lido responded that the stETH revenue calculation abnormal problem has been fixed and upgraded Oracle user funds have not been affected
Ethereum pledge agreement Lido said on the X platform that stETHRebase has completed as expected and has made up for the missing ETH revenue due to insufficient calculation, with a corresponding annualized rate of return (APR) of approximately 2.29%. At the same time, the protocol oracle has been updated and audited. The new version will improve the speed of report processing and help locate the cause faster when similar problems occur in the future. Regarding the abnormal revenue calculation, Lido said that contributors are still conducting root cause analysis, and more investigation details will be announced in official forums and social platforms in the future. User funds have never been at risk during the entire incident. At present, preliminary judgment is that the problem may stem from a special marginal situation: a validator in the pending deposit status was omitted from the income report, resulting in some pledge income not being included in the calculation. Lido said that a complete post-mortem report will be released in the next few days to further explain the cause of the problem, remediation measures and subsequent improvement plans.
