Tom Lee: South Korean stock market may be in the final stage of bottoming out

On July 31, Tom Lee, chairman of Bitmine, Ethereum's largest treasury company, issued a document saying that South Korea's stock market may be in the final stage of bottoming out, given that South Korean policymakers have begun to show "panic." He quoted David Tepper, founder of Appaloosa and well-known fund manager, as saying: "When policymakers start to panic, the market will stop panic."
