Musk: Starship expected to safely carry people by the end of 2027

On August 5, Musk said that by the end of next year, the starship will be safe enough to enable manned flight; the starship spacecraft will likely meet manned safety requirements before the end of 2027; it is expected to launch at least 1000 STARLINKV3 satellites by the second quarter of next year.
