According to reports, Changxin is currently actively distributing samples to mainstream mobile phone manufacturers and computing platforms for verification. Once the prototype test meets expectations, the domestic LPDDR6 is expected to enter large-scale mass production within the year. Considering Changxin's previous efforts in capacity construction, the high efficiency, the mass production window after the risk trial production may be compressed to several weeks. Previously, the speed of domestic storage manufacturers 'follow-up on advanced standards often lags behind that of international giants for more than half a year. The trial production of Changxin LPDDR6 means that the domestic industry has successfully ranked among the forefront of the world in the field of low-power, high-bandwidth technology, which has greatly shortened the time lag with the world's top levels. In terms of specific specifications, the speed of Changxin's first batch of LPDDR6 chips has reached 12.8Gbps, while the benchmark speed of ordinary LPDDR6 is 10.7Gbps.
