GatePay launches merchant MCP service to promote payment operation automation

GatePay announced the launch of Merchant MCP (Merchant MCP) service to promote the application of AIAgent in payment operation scenarios. The service encapsulates high-frequency operations such as balance inquiry, order inquiry, and refunds into Tools that comply with the MCP protocol, allowing merchants to complete inquiries and operations through natural language instructions in customer service, finance, and operations scenarios, improving efficiency and optimizing process collaboration.<br /> GatePay introduces a Rights Restricted Key (RAK) to support on-demand configuration of call rights, and combines idempotent checking, frequency restriction and risk control mechanisms to ensure controllable and traceable operations. The current MVP version already supports three core capabilities of balance inquiry, order inquiry and refund, and will continue to expand to more scenarios in the future.<br /> Gate has built a unified interface architecture covering six major capabilities: CEX, DEX, wallet, payment, data and information, supporting AIAgent to complete the complete process from information acquisition to execution within the same platform. The launch of merchant MCP has further strengthened AIAgent's capability boundary at the execution level provides more direct infrastructure support for the implementation of AI in real business scenarios.
