Charles Hoskinson releases open source project Anthropies to address watermark issues

Wu said he learned that Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson has released the open source project Anthropies, saying he is developing a set of tools that can be used with most LLMs to handle watermarks and related tags in Anthropics/Claude output. According to the project README, the tool distinguishes between three types of information: statistical watermarks in text, C2PA content certificates in pictures, and co-authorized-by: Claude signatures in Git submissions, the latter two of which can be cleared directly, while text watermarks are rewritten by calling non-original models to weaken statistical signals. Hoskinson also questioned the copyright and work ownership issues that might arise from the relevant watermarks and co-authorizations, and also stated that there is no guarantee that Anthropics 'undisclosed detection mechanism can be completely circumvented.
